Overview of Used PET strapping band production line :
The series PET strap making machine is new equipment designed by Sevenstars. By combining the characters of the same type of machines in domestic and overseas markets, the production line is of the most advanced technology in this field. It is of characters of high efficiency, high output, low power consumption and energy saving.
Features of Used PET strapping band production line
1. Using the recycling bottle slices as raw materials by making them melt directly, which reduces the course of raw material-making
2. With the multi-purpose machine, it can produce PET straps in different specifications directly and doesn"t need to change the mould head
3. The products has the same transparency as made from new polyester slices, but the tensile strength and shock resistance are stronger
4. Low energy consumption, high production capability
5. Easy to operate, saves manpower

Raw material: recycled PET flakes or original PET. Size is around 10-16mm

3. Technical documents
SEVENSTARS will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water scheme, electrical diagram and user manual after the contract is executed.
4.Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
◊ After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to SEVENSTARS. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can also consign SEVENSTARS to finish inspection work.
◊ After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work mentioned in detail 2.2 in advance;
◊ SEVENSTARS will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
◊ Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved in washing line.
◊ Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
◊ The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of USD80 per day for each technician.
5.Quantity and quality guarantee
◊ Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. SEVENSTARS will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
◊ Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since machine installation and running
During this guarantee period, SEVENSTARS will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, SEVENSTARS will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
◊ Long-term service:
SEVENSTARS will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
