1) This whole production line is used to wash, dewater, dry and pelletize PP, PE, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE Film.
2) It takes the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, high capacity, low energy consumption, safety, reliability, etc.
3) Production Line Configuration:
Belt Conveying_Shredder(aimed at full package)_Belt Conveying_Crushing_Friction Washing_Rinsing Tank_Material loading_Dewatering Machine_Drying Device_extruder_pelletizer_hot air drying_Storing(Silo).
4) This whole production line is automatic controlling, structure arrangement compact, high production efficiency, nice cleanness.
5) Production capacity: 500-1500kg/h.
6) After drying the water content can reach 5-8% (according to the thickness of film).
