Plastic Film Recycling Line

This PE PP recycling machine is used to recycle waste film and solid plastic material, just like PE/PP films, PET bottles, PP/PVC barrels and so on.

It can crush, wash, and dry the material, finally you will get clean, dry flakes, which can be used to make granules/pellets directly or some other use. Our capacity is from 300kg/h to 1000kg/h.

For PET bottles, we use the label scraping machine and label separator to remove the labels, and the metal detector will remove the metals in the material. With the floating washer, the pet flakes will sink into the water, while the PP caps will float on the water, you can remove them from the flakes and recycle them separately. Finally, the rate of PVC labels will be less than 100ppm.

For PE, PP film, with 1200rpm high speed rotating, the high speed friction washer is able to clean the oil on the film, and steam washer will heat the water, to make the material cleaned perfectly. Our dewatering machine is designed by Germany, more effecient than others, and with the heater and heating pipe, the moisture of final products will be less than 5 per cent.
