The  PET bottle washing line general consists of bale opener, belt conveyor, roller sorting machine, label removing system, sorting table, crusher, screw feeder, hot washer, friction washer, floating washing tank, dewatering machine, drying system, storage silo and control system, but the final proposal must be prepared according to the user's requirements such as capacity and final usage of PET flakes.

1) parallel bale opener can process the PET bottle packages from 100~600kg, more safety 

2) roller sorting machine: separate the impurities out from the PET bottles, such as metal, sand, etc.

3) label removing system: use the gearshape blades to peel off the labels from the bottles body, removing ratio>98%

4) sorting table: detect metal automatically for crusher protection, and separate the PVC bottles out manually after a UV-detect device.

5) Crusher: the blades are made of SKD-II, wearable and long life.

6) Screw feeder: spiral convey and wash the PET flakes by the friction force in the special structure.

7) Hot washer is a new model with 11pcs shaft for stirring washing with hot water, the rotary direction of main shaft and the 11pcs shaft are different so that it can have the strong friction washing force for clearing the flakes too much.

8) Friction washing machine:  three friction force here for washing during the high speed rotating: rotor and flakes, steel sieve with flakes, flakes and flakes.  

9) Float washing tank: keep washing the materials continuously, subside the PET flakes, float and push out the labels,caps and rings.

10) Dewatering machine: dewater the flakes by the rotor with high rotary speed,  humidity ratio<2%

11) Drying system: adopt electricity heating and blower for drying the flakes, humidity ratio<1%

12) Control system: use SUZHOU SIEMENS and China famous electrical parts, as well as ABB inverter for main units.
