PP PE corrugated hose line

The whole line consists of extruder, mould, forming machine, air cooling unit , counter, winder, which can continually extrude corrugated pipes in different sizes.
The auxiliary machines contain plastic crusher and plastic blender.
Moulding unit adopts excellent steel modules, through heat processing, good wearability and high reliability, which ensures the hardness and precision of the modules; together with special gears make the modules more stable in performance.

Material: PP, Temperature range: -20°C -110°C , the product is anti-oil, anti-acid, anti-alkali. The black color pipe is ultraviolet resistant.
