Equipment technical parameters and working principle
Drying and carbonizing integrated machine:
Diameter 0.8M, length 12M (also can be customized according to the customer requirments),rotary horizontal type.
Middle part of the furnace is the hot spots, the carbonizer has simple structure, convenient operation.

Compared with the previous generation of vertical multiple screw tube carbonization machine:
1,This new type have sharply reduced the mechanical transmission parts, more reasonable design, reduce 80% of the failure rate.
2,Feed particle size increase more than 20-30mm,reach to 50mm.
3,Rotary design the carbonizer drum continuously,avoid from the lack of heating the certain point(vertical type-the carbonzing tube will bend and leaked at last), extend the lifetime of the carbonizer greatly.
4,The output capacity,Carbonized uniformity and the the quality of the charcoal are improved greatly.

Working principle:
This carbonization furnace is fueled by the syngas(carbon monoxide, methane, ethane etc.) from the furnace itself.The biomass raw material will produce plenty of combustible gas during the pyrolysis of the carbonzation process,the syngas will became pure combustible gas after wood tar, wood vinegar other impurities was isolated by the filter and purification system (gas cleaner / dust-removal / purify tank / scrubber)

The gasifier is used to preheating the carbonizer,when the temperature reach to 300℃,the feeding screw conveyor start to feeding raw material into the carbonizer.the material will produce fuel gas,which will be collected and used to heating the carbonizer after cleaning by the filter and purification system. The temperature of carbonizer will control at 600 degrees Celsius.

When the carbonizer can produce enough flue gas and reach to self sufficient combustion, close the gasifier and open all the flue gas valve of the carbonizer gradually, finally achieve flammable gas self-sufficiency carbonization.

Technological process of Horizontal continuous carbonization furnace


Process description:
The dried biomass raw materials is feeding into the gasifier by the screw conveyor, gasification of carbon powder from the bottom of the conveyor to the carbon powder storage, centralized storage and sales;

After spraying, cooling, cleaning,the flue gas produced by gasification furnace will be transfer to self combustion burner for carbon machine for heating furnace;

Start feeding the carbonization machine when internal temperature rose to a certain degree, the raw material inside the carbonization furnace began to produce fuel gas which will be transfer to the burner heating the carbonizer by the draft fan after collected and cleaning by the purification system.

Gasification furnace stop working until shut down, using spontaneous combustion flue gas only;

The finished product after cooling will be packaged,stored and sold;

Then the whole system can keep feeding raw material and discharging final charcoal, enter the process of continuous carbonization stage; the spray water cooling water from purification system and cooling system can be recycled.

Materials requirements
Particle size is less than 50 mm, water content <25% of biomass particles can feeding into the type A carbonizing directly, such as: sawdust, rice husk, shell, palm shell, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, shavings etc.; 

When you carbonize larger raw materials (Particle size more than 50 mm), such as branches, bark, coconut shell, such as straw, hemp pole, peduncle, need to crush it into less than 50mm pieces firstly; If water content is more than 30%, you can choose type B machine for production

4.)Why it is no pollution ?
Smoking purification system are used for purify the smoking (can not burning) and filter the wood tar. The smoking through the purification system will become water vapor, and it will not pollute the air.

When during the process of carbonizing, there will be some smoke.(can be burning) the smoke can return to the furnace through tube for purifying, after purification , the combustible smoking can be flow into the heating room of the main furnace for heating the stove again.
