This calcination technology has low energy consumption, high output, product by dehydration, decarbonization whitening, stable performance, can be used for paper and paint industries.

Production of fly ash production process is as follows: raw materials (fly ash + quantitative admixture) mixing mill - granulation - burn expansion - stacking - transportation (bagging). Fly ash ceramic sand production line should adopt binoculars rotary kiln, namely preheating kiln drying section segment and its speed can be controlled separately, so that according to the material state to control its warm-up time. Its process as follows: raw material mixing - granulation - filter - sintering - stacking - transportation (bagging). It should be noted in the operation to prevent the material in the kiln agglomerate affect the quality.
Fly ash ceramic sand production line features: Production equipment includes: raw material storage bins, dust chamber, induced draft fan, the main kiln, coal injection system, control cabinet. Wherein the lower feeder raw materials warehouse, kiln speed and arch coal are variable speed, in order to adjust their process parameters, under the premise of ensuring product quality for maximum yields.
