Cement shaft kiln (mechanical shaft kiln)
Cement shaft kiln introduction:
Cement shaft kiln is the main equipment in cement plant. Mechanical shaft kiln uses a large ventilation area, vertical ventilation grate double eccentric tower, increasing the height of the tower, to increase production 15% to 20%,energy saving 10%.
China currently has two types of shaft kilns: normal shaft kiln and mechanical shaft kiln. Ordinary kiln is artificial feeding and artificial discharge or mechanical feeding, artificial discharge; mechanical shaft kiln is mechanical feeding and mechanical unloading. Mechanical shaft kiln is a continuous operation, its production, quality and labor productivity are high than normal kiln. According to materials technology policy requirements, small cement plant uses mechanized shaft kiln, and gradually replace the ordinary kiln. Shaft kiln is also called vertical shaft kiln.
