Instruction of Circular Vibrating Screen:
Circular Vibrating Screen earns this name by reason of its approximately circular movement. It is multilayer and high efficiency, which adopts exciter of eccentric shaft and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, the screening line of materials is long. Screening's specifications are diverse, and it has been widely used in mine, constrution, transportation, energy and chemical industries. It is designed for screening stone stock of quarry, and also for classifying products of such departments as coal separator, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industry, etc.
Advantages of Circular Vibrating Screen:
1. It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
2. Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
3. It adopts tire coupling with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
4. It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise.
