CF Series Granulation Plant
Working principle:
The upstream process hot melt material state through the the granulator fabric (right) uniform in the below uniform moving metal strip, the strip below the set of continuous spray, cooling system, forcing the strip on the material in the mobile the process of rapid cooling, curing, so as to achieve granulation molding purposes. Applications:
The granulator is applicable to the melting point (softening point) demand condensation granulation various types of materials in the 250 °C, the typical application materials: sulfur, paraffin, resin, asphalt, maleic anhydride, partial anhydride, stearic acid class products, hot sol, m-phenylenediamine, urea, rubber and plastic additives.
Main advantages:
