About Chicken Manure Dryer Machine:
Chicken manure dryer machine is a low-fuel-consumption and high efficiency of drying equipment. The Dryer is suitable for large, middle and small scale chicken farm and quite developed livestock breeding area, which is one of the extension programs of China Spark Plan, and recommended products of Chinese environmental administration. It can be used to dry the material with a moisture content around 60% to a final moisture content below 13%,. If the moisture is more than 60%, say if it is 60-85%, it should be firstly handled by a special dewatering machine to reduce the moisture to around 45%, then be dried in the dryer to 13% of moisture.
To be frank,the roasting machine is applicable in animal farming, food brewing, sugar and pharmaceutical industries dealing with high humidity waste, as well as a variety of chemical raw materials, such as wine slot, furnace slag, chicken manure, fructose slag, slag vinegar sauce, sugar beet residue, animals slaughtered contents, coal slime, betonies, etc. It is for resource development and good environmental protection equipment.

With the rapis development of the farm, livestock manure pollution on the environment more and more serious. However, manure is a valuable feed and fertilizer resources, utilization of which has great significance to animal breeding and crop farming.Therefore,our company develop the drying equipment to dry chicken manure, dairy manure,etc.
Work principle of Chicken Manure Dryer Machine:
The complete set of the drying equipment mainly is composed of the crushing drum dryer, feed spiral, output spiral, pipeline,burning furnace, dust collector, airlock, air induced fan, electric control cabinet and other components.Humidity materials are conveyed from the feed screw directly into the dryer drum, raised by the drum wall panels repeatedly, and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices. Materials and the negative high-temp media are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process.
As the result of the drum wind angle and the induced air, the feed materials move slowly, and discharged from the spiral after drying, the exhaust gas handled by the dust precipitator, venting to the atmosphere.
