Drum-type drier main features:
1, Drum-type drier thermal efficiency, energy-saving effect is remarkable. After testing, the thermal efficiency is much more about 50% than the traditional single-cylinder dryer. The device put into use, the economizer effect is remarkable.
2, the drying mechanism scientific rational, energy efficient. Material of the inner cylinder and the hot gas by radiation, convection, conduction, heat exchange form, the outer tube heat exchange by conduction, convection, and used in the form.
3, shorten the length of the aircraft, is conducive to process layout. Overall length shorter than monocular dryer about 40%, thereby reducing the plant construction area, save construction investment, but also more suitable for the old plant transformation process layout.
