Product Details
Square bundles pick up baler all called baler, as after pressed output bundles belong to square shape, adopt pick up feeding method, thus, called square bales pick up baler. Main used to field all kinds grass, rice straw, wheat straw and other crops harvest. It can automatic pick up field laying grass, through conveying, feeding, press forming, bundling and other working process.
Property advantages:
1. Picking up device connect with machine frame, using floating spring suspension frame, picking up device height through screw pole can make stepless adjustment.
2. Reasonable feeding mechanism: main consist of left and right crank, shake pole, feeding fork and chain, etc. During the machine working process, under shake pole control, feeding fork working according predetermined trajectory, add accumulate at feeding port material from bundling chamber bottom position feeding to bundling chamber.
3.Safety device: at flywheel front section installed sliding friction clutch to limit piston during pressing process happened overload phenomenon occasionally. When overload, clutch will transient slip to protect the machine free from damage.
4. Square bundles baler with grass bundles density control device itself, can adjust grass bundles density and grass bundles size by hand.
