Cable bending restrictors
Cable bending protection systems consists of high-performance bending restrictor and J-tube, developed and manufactured independently. Our bending restrictor uses Mitsubishi raw material, developed polyether PTM formula, its hydrolysis resistance is 5 times than normal PU, kept top level inner China in technology. PU density is 1.2, easier to sink into sea and non-absorbent, not increase stress on cable, anti corrosion from seawater and climate, and the hardness could reach shore 87D, tensile strength more than 50MPA, elongation at break greater than 22%.
We involved in ocean engineering industry since 2013, and acheived mass production in 2015, is the first manufacurer developes formulations independently and puts into mass production, annual output is 4000m. Based on professional technology in polyurethane material and continuous innovation, our bending restrictor has reached a leading position. The material performances of bend restrictor
Generally used in subsea, need enduring continuous corrosion and turbulence from the seawater, the hardness of our high-performance PU products could reach 85D, with high wear resistance, anti-corrosion, tensile strength advantages, and the bolts corrosion resistance as well, could meet special requirements used in subsea.
J-Tube seal
Made of 316L stainless steel and high performance ployurethane, casting PU on 316L surface;
Benefits:
Ensure the mechanical strength, meanwhile, avoid the direct contact of 316L with cable inner, reducing abrasion and load of cable, increasing friction to hold cable tighter. PU surface improves corrosion resistance without metal exposed. PU flange makes seal and anti-corrosion better.
