Features

This machine is applicable for embossing,extruding shaping,light stretching,shaping,laminating and edge cutting for metal or non metal parts;and can press such typical products as watchcase,watchband,glass frame and parts,image frame,tableware,tages,lock,motor parts and metal parts etc.YDK-1000 and higher machines are particularly suitable for embossing the bottom of non adhesive pots,pressing stainless steel iron in aluminum pot and non adhesive pot for induction cooker.

Apply general steel plate welding frame,feature outstanding rigidity and high press strength.
Pressure,travel and pressure-keeping are customized according to the pressing technique.
With such derivative machines as lower lifting,upper lifting,upper and lower compound lifting,and light stretching etc,it is suitable for demand of embossing and shaping many kings of technique
After closing the mould,it features quick pressing,and only costs several seconds to reach the rated pressure.
