Description
1.This machine adopts advanced single column structure. saw frame glides on one column as
forficiform.
2.It is a high efficiency and energysaving machine. Comparing with traditional hack sawing
machine, the width of saw kerf is less than 50%, and the energy consuming is only 40% now,
but the cutting efficiency is increased 4-5 times higher.
3.It uses 50 degree inclined angle between saw frame and worktable, the turning angle of saw
blade is very small and extend the lift.
4.The main transmission of machine adopts worm wheel and worm speed-down system. it is
suitable to cut any material of workpiece. Ensure dynamic torque is big and machine noise abatement.
5.The saw blade use ball bearing and horniness alloy ensure the right running position and get
the high cutting accuracy.
6.It can clamp the workpiece by mandrel or hydraulic pressure. If it uses vertical clamp device
that can cut a bundle of workpiece.
