Feature
- UN-400KVA hydraulic flash butt welding machine is suitable for 12-17.5 inch wheel rim.
- This hydraulic type butt welding machine. The work piece will be clamped by clamp tools in hydraulic
- Adopts NC control system to operate hydraulic forging and melting device. All technical data adjusted by digital signal, to set data exactly and easily.
- Work process is controlled by PLC, include press out, relax, melting and forging ect. Also emergency alarm for water-short and air pressure-short, ect. Man-machine screen show all the data and adjustments.
- Design with independent cooling system and centralized water-supply, to ensure transformer, electrode and clamp tools cool very well.
