Introduction
BDF-II pneumatic high pressure PU foam spraying machine is design for site-work, with accuracy measuring, even mixing, movable and portable structure and balance of cost and performance. The HP foam spraying machine is widely used for wall, roof, refrigerator, and box, pipe insulation purpose.
Heating hose
The heating hose is used to heat the raw material during hose flowing before spraying, which can keep the right temperature to get good foaming result.
Spray gun
The GZI series spray gun is the most popular model with 10 years marketing recognition. Which is maintained with low cost for stable performance.
Connecting hose
The connecting hose is used to connect the heating hose to spray gun, which is made from high pressure rubber hose.
Feeding pump
The spray foam machine doesn't equip the material tank for portable application. So the feeding pumps are necessary to suck up the material from big steel drum for continuous work.
1. Can spray foam machine be 220V, 60Hz?

2. If I buy the spray foam machine, do I need to buy any other parts?
Re: We will provide all the necessary accessories going with the machine including spray gun heating hose, material pump etc., that means the machine is ready to work when you receivw it.
3. Can the heating hose length be extended?
Re: Yes, the heating hose length can be extended to 60/90m for different machines, and we will provide one set standard heating hose going with the machine, which length is 15m.
4. Can you provide the raw material along with the machine?
Re: We can supply the raw materials for fire proof, wall , roof insultion.
5. What’s the difference between polyurethane spray foam machine and polyurea spray foam machine?
Re: The polyurethane spray foam machine is widely used for wall, roof, refrigerator, and box, pipe insulation purpose, and the polyurea spray foam machine is mainly used for wall, roof, refrigerator, tank body, pipeline protection coat for abrasive surface, waterproof, antiseptic purpose.
