2- What’s the metal strip size do we used for flexible hose making?

Re: The strip width and thickness will be suggested for different hose diameter, we will check and back to you during communication.

3- What’s the difference between interlock (double lock) and square lock (single lock)?

Re: The interlock flexible hose will be more stable compare to square lock profile. It is mainly used for high value product. But the material consumption will be higher also.

4- Can we add the cotton thread or rubber wire inside the lock seam?

Re: Yes, we can add the thread/wire feeding device for such application.

5- How many sets machines do we need for required hose diameter?

Re: For the square lock flexible hose making, we suggest you one machine for one size separately, and for the interlock one, one machine can be used for serval size in range.

6- How to adjust the machine for different diameter?

Re: For different sizes, the forming moulds can be changed accordingly

7- Can you supply the machine for metal strip preparing?

Re: yes, we can supply the strip slitter going with machine for different size stip.

8- Can you supply the machine for hose coating process?

Re: yes, we can supply the PVC coating machine for flexible hose coating, the can be used for up to 8inch hose.

9- Can you supply the operation manual for instructions?

Re: yes, we will supply the operation manual in English going with machine, also we will supply the video for your operation guiding.
