Product Application
The insert type copper-aluminum tube resistance welding machine is designed for copper head connection to aluminum condenser and evaporator. With adjustable welding parameter setting for different tube size, the resistance welding machine is easier to operate with stable performance, and the welding quality will be ensured to pass the pressure testing.
Feature
1. Patented special designed free adjustable electrode base calibrating system ensures the welding quality. (Patent No.: ZL 2007 1 0011656.3)
2. Welding stroke control to ensure the welding quality compare to traditional control by welding time, this is designed to avoid the nature factor during process.
3. Special customized welding transformer, which is original from Russian technology, to get the stable welding performance.
4. Adjustable secondary welding current in 8 grades, with thyristor adjustment to meet the difference of tubes.
5. Easy operation and setting with PLC control system and touch screen controller.
