YP-S59 Ultrasonic Sonochemistry System
The ultrasonic sonochemistry YP-S59 (20kHz, 2000W) combines high processing power with flexibility. It is suitable for process development, optimization and for production processes. This includes emulsifying, dispersing & sonochemistry, lysis & extraction or homogenizing, separation and extraction, synthesis and degradation, bio-diesel production, Governance of micro-organisms, the degradation of toxic organic pollutants, deal with biodegradable, biological cells crushed, and Dispersed and cohesion, and so on .
The YP-S59 bridges the gap between laboratory testing and the industrial processing of liquids. Its wide range adaptability and easy operation meet the requirements of research and development. The YP-S59 is built for heavy-duty operation in 24hrs/7days production processes under demanding conditions.

- Enhancement of Chemical Reaction
Cavitation produce local high temperature and high pressure, strong shock wave and micro jet.It provides a new physical and chemical environment for chemical reaction which is difficult to achieve in the conventional environment .

The point of biodiesel processing is catalytic ester and fatty acid esters of glycerol and methanol low carbon alcohol exchange reaction.The function of ultrasonic is strengthen the ester exchange reaction, enhancing the mixing (emulsion) effect and promote the intermolecular contact reaction. The need of high temperature (high pressure) under the conditions of the reaction at room temperature (or close to room temperature) conditions can be completed, shorten the reaction time. Ultrasonic is used not only for the ester exchange reaction, but also for the separation process, the reaction mixture.
