This wood chips rotary dryer refers to putting powder like wet wood sawdsut into the ring pipe under the airflow continuous force. When ignite the burning furnace, hot air enters pipe unter the force of blower. And wood sawdust exposed to dry and high temperature hot air. In this way, wet wood sawdust is dried into dry sawdust powder.

4. Other description of wood chips rotary dryer
1). Raw materials: rice husk, wood sawdust, and final small particles that being crushed from wood
shavings, wood branches and wood chips. Raw materials will be diameter less than 3mm, length is
less than 5mm;
2). Working capacity: when hot air temperature is 180℃, can dry wood sawdust with 35% relative
humidity into 10% relative humidity.
3). Fuel: firewood, coal, steam or electricity, etc.
5. Features of wood chips rotary dryer
1). Strong drying intensity: air flow with high speed, inner side with large effective area, so
materials can be dried very well.
2). Short drying time: the time that material exposed to air is very short, in general, drying time is
between 0.5-5s.
3). High thermal efficiency: this types airflow dryer adopts Airflow drying material with gas and flow
operation, from beginning to end material can achieve reasonable state temperature and air
temperature, drying time is short, so can use high drying temperature.
4). Hot air source: Oil burner, coal stove, gas furnace, steam heat exchanger;
5). Other features of airflow dryer: wide application scope, high output, high drying effect; simple
structure, small area occupying, low investment and low maintenance cost.
6. Based requirements of wood chips rotary dryer
1). Water content of raw wood sawdust should higher than 15%;
2). Feeding particles size should between 2mm-5mm.
