Product Description

1. The dozer, with high speed and large traction, can hitch a 20t-30t flatbed truck to transport large machinery. With engine power of 175kW, the operation is more efficient.

2. The transmission system adopts an integrated type torque converter with four working wheels and one turbine. It adopts dual-guide roller system which expands the efficiency range of torque converter. The torque converter can absorb large power and can provide greater traction torque, improving work efficiency and fuel economy of the dozer.

3. The drive axle of the dozer adopts military technology, providing strong bearing capacity. The integral-type support structure of the rear axles provides reliable quality.

4. Due to single-sheet beam structure of the frame, the maintenance space for engine is increased. The hinge points of front and rear frames adopt 1:1 arrangement, providing flexible steering and good maneuvering characteristics.

5. It adopts fully enclosed streamlined cab with wide field of vision. The working mechanism adopts single-lever pilot control and the control is easy. Equipped with cooling and heating integrated A/C system, stereo system and high-grade damping seat, etc, the operating environment is comfortable and safe.

6. It adopts electromagnetic valve group to control the movement of the blade, including forward tilt and roll tilt. The operation on full hydraulic steering is convenient and flexible, providing good straight driving.

7. Eight standard equipped caliper disc brakes provide large brake torque, short reaction time, good braking effect and reliable braking.

8. With a width of 3480 mm and a capacity of 2.8 cubic meters, the blade can tilt forward. A leveling device is mounted at the bottom of the blade, which promotes the operating efficiency and enhances the operating adaptability. The dozer blade can go up and down, or roll or lean forward flexibly and reliably.

9. 310 L fuel tank extends the operating time and improves the operating efficiency.

10. According to customers’ requirements, air purification devices, special shovel for garbage dump, centralized lubrication devices and other components are optional.
