S60H Nozzle tester (testers for test nozzle and holder assemblies and engine nozzle and holder assemblies, informally referred to as nozzle testers) can be used to perform the following tests on injection nozzles of sizes P, R, S and T with the appro-priate nozzle holders:
A Opening pressure
B Jet Shape
C Tightness of fitting
D Assembly tightness
E Chatter behavior
1. S60H nozzle tester description Initial startup
Fit manual operating lever.
Fit pressure gauge (0 684 200 700 only)
Fill oil tank at least halfway with test oil
complying with ISO 4113.
Unscrew oil tank slightly.
Operate manual lever unit the oil exits at the pressure outlet with no bubbles.
Tighten oil tank again by hand.
In basic design with 0-40 Mpa (0-400 bar) pressure gauge.
