KL511 Hydraulic Surface Drilling Rig

KL511 hydraulic surface drilling rig is equipped with standard 45/51mm diameter of drill rod, and can drill 76-127mm hole vertically, inclinedly and horizontally hole; Widely used in through cutting, pipe laying, foundation engineering and the drilling working in open-pit mine; Equipped with heavy hydraulic hammer drill (23.4kw). Relying on its powerful rotary torque, impact power and match enough ability of washing hole and the advanced control system to make it be fully capable of exerting its performance in conditions of complex strata.

1. The drilling rig frame with the ability of 0-180º rotating to make positioning drilling coverage of 26.5 square meters, greatly improving the efficiency of the drilling rig arrangement of holes and the ability of dealing with complicated working conditions.

2. The drilling rig adopts high efficiency screw air compressor, which is environmental and energy saving, with completely independent intellectual property rights.

3. The power unit crosses at the end of the upper rotary frame, and matches with drill boom and push beam. Drill boom and push beam in any direction all have the effect of mutual balance.

4. The motion, caterpillar leveling and frame rotary of the drilling rig can be equipped with optional wireless remote control to operate outside the cockpit.
