Bulk handling system is designed to storage and transfer bulk powder such as cement, barite and bentonite. These powder are load form bulk storage station onshore and transfer to required locations through related piping, such as ackup rig etc. Pressurized air is used in transferring of the powders. Minimum function such as filling the vessels, transport among the vessels, transfer the powder to Jackup Rig etc. The system is advanced in designing with high conveying speed(>2.5 t/min ) and low residual rate (<0.3%). The system comprises of Bulk P-tank, Air surge tank, dust cyclone&collector, air compressor system, control system, manifold pipeline, remote pneumatic butterfly valve, material level switch, load cell, pressure transmitter etc. | |
