♦ Warranty: Silkway grants our clients a twelve-month-period or 2000-hours warranty for any machine purchased from us. During the warranty period, the defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge. But it does not cover all those parts damaged due to interventions for presumed problems or non conforming verification.

♦ Installation&Maintenance: Silkway has the ability to provide you with overall installation of complicated machinery and equipment, such as, crawler crane, tower crane, construction hoist, etc. Helping you to carry out the normal operation of the machines immediately.

♦On L/C term,  a 100% irrevocable L/C at sight by our acceptable bank.

03 HOW LONG WILL OUR PRICE BE VALID ? 

♦We are a tender and friendly supplier,  never greedy  on windfall profit. Basically, our price remain s stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations:

♦ The rate of USD /RMB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates.

Manufacturers/factories adjusted to the machine price, because of  the increasing of labor cost and raw material cost.

04 WHAT LOGISTICS WAYS WE CAN WORK FOR SHIPMENT?

♦We can ship construction machinery by various transportation tools.

For 90% of our shipment, we will go by sea, for other machinery, like truck crane,  big bulldozer and road roller, either by RO/RO  and Bulk shipment.

♦For neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc., we can ship construction machinery by road or railway.

♦For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can ship it by international courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex.

05 HOW LONG IS OUR GUARANTEE TIME?

♦2000 working hours or one year from the date of B/L, which comes first.
