Application:
We, Timeway Machine sold 6", 8", 10", 14", 18" hollow spindle CNC oil country lathes designed to perform all sizes of the threads used in the oil & gas industry; center height 385mm, 500mm, 550mm, 650mm; distance between centres from 750mm up to 5000mm; 3-jaw self-centering chuck or 4-jaw independent chuck on both sides of gear box. All machines are in conformity to the CE norms.
Features:
1. The lathe was developed mainly for the turning of oil-field pipe threads.
2. It is suitable for the turning of arious kinds of pipe threads, and is also can be used as universal CNC Lathe.
3. The machine is simple CNC lathe which use half closed-loop control system, which belong to popular CNC pipe thread lathe.
4. It can cut many complex parts as shaft, sleeve and dish, internal and external cylindrical surfaces, concal surfaces, holows, end plane, grrove, chamfer, screw thread, and so on.
5. It is suitable for repeated and medium batch manufacturing in chief.
