CNC Oil Country lathe (QK-460A) 

Application:

We, Timeway Machine sold 6", 8", 10", 14", 18" hollow spindle CNC oil country lathes designed to perform all sizes of the threads used in the oil & gas industry; center height 385mm, 500mm, 550mm, 650mm; distance between centres from 750mm up to 5000mm; 3-jaw self-centering chuck or 4-jaw independent chuck on both sides of gear box. All machines are in conformity to the CE norms.

   1.  CNC Controller: FANUC 0i TD or Siemens SINUMERIK 828D, 

   2.   X/Z-axis feeding driver servo motor: FANUC or SIMENS

   3.   A.C servo spinde speed with 4 steps and stepless within per step

   4.   Bed:  integral box structure, adopts high performance cast iron (HT300) processed by second aging; 

         Guideway surface with medium frequency quencying and precision ground by imported guideway grinder.

   5.   Φ 1000mm 4- jaw independent chuck (front & rear): Wafangdian ()

   6.   4-station electric tool post: Yasun ()

   7.   X/Y-axis ball screw pair: Hanjiang ()
