Performance and Feature

• The surface-grinding machine with vertical spindle and round table adopts the end-surface of grinding wheel to relize the grinding operation.This surface-grinding machine applies to grind and process the general metals,superhard materials,moulds and bearing in the field of saw blade,automobile parts,semi-conductor and opticals.
• The body and the vertical column of surface-grinding machine are made of the HT250 cast iron;in order to avoid deformation and guarantee the long-term grinding accuracy,both are relieved the internal stress by making annealing treatment and vertical columns so as to realize the rigidity and stability;where the verticalspindle adopts the 3-point adjustment structure to realize easy adjustment and compact structure.
• The workbench adopts the electromagnetic round chuck,featuring in high suction force ,stable accuracy and adjustable magnetic force.
• The vertical mechanism for the grinding head of the grinding machine of the series adopts the servo motor + Grade C3 ball screw +precision paracision planetary reducer to drive so as to realize accurate positioning ,flexible feed ,less mechanical transmission ,concise structure and low fault rate.
• The min.vertical feed of grinding head is 0.001m,allowing to achieve the surface roughness of 0.8μm (Ra value) and the surface parallelism of 0.01mm(or less)(relativeto the machining surface and the benchmark surface),and realize less ,machining deformation and good dimension consistency.
• The magnetic disc's rotating structure adopts the mechanical transmission;the round guide is covered with the high-performance wearable polyvinyl fluoride, featuring in stable structure and high precision.
• The independent forced lubricating system does not need to add oil manually,but distributes lubricating oil to every place where it is needed at the regular time and given auantity;which can guarantrr the service life of the machine perfectly.
• The simple and concise dialogue operation and control system can let operator select grinding mode easily and enter the grinding parameters in accordance with the presetting interface to realize and relaxed auto grinding.The grinding procedure can not only be cycled automatically,but also can shorten working hours,improve working efficiency and realize consistent machining accuracy.
• This machine does not need any senior grinding technology or high academic qualifications; even for an operator who does know who to operate the grinding machine,he/she can easily learn and seize an extraordinary precision grinding technique from this machine.
