Performance and Features

• This machine was a completely new design and manufacturing. It is used for corrugated roller grinding. It has applied for national patent. 

• The machine adopts the structure which moves the cross-rail. The immovable working table is placed between two machine guideways. The grinding head can move up and down along the slide which is placed in the cross-rail, it also can makes longitudinal movement follow the cross rail. When grinding the Max. OD, the workpiece OD is measurable. 

• The diamond dressing wheel is placed on the grinding wheel. It makes dressing more convenient. The dressing bearings adopt IBC high precision spindle bearings. 

• The grinding heads could be make cross movement along the cross-rail. There is a ball leadscrew on the cross rail which is driven by A.C servo motor. A manual locking system is also placed in there. 

• The cross-rail longitudinal movement adopts no clearance gear, rack drive, used A.C servo motor drive technology. The guideway and the gear rack system protection measures are reasonable and beautiful, no grinding fluids enter. 

• The headstock and tailstock are placed on the working table. The headstock is a precision indexing device. It is driven by servo motor. It also has a hydraulic locking system. And the closed-loop feed back using rotary encoder was adopted here. The clamping fixture adopts 4 screws with locking devices, the Min. length of the shaft is 180mm, the tail-bracket could support workpiece OD from 50mm to 160mm.

• The tail stock longitudinal movement adopts sliding guide 

• The control system could survey water stage of the cooling tank automatically, low water level alarming. It also could survey the stage of the cooling pump automatically, pump stopping alarming. Magnetic separator can remove the magnetized particles effectively, the filter is convenient to replace and clean. 

• The cooling water is always pointed to the grinding position. The grinding liquids go back smoothly. It can conduct 24 hours continuous working without blockage or mixing with lubricating oil. Waterproof measures are reasonable and beautiful, no grinding fluids enter.

Working Accuracy

• Surface roughness ≤0.8µm. 

• Straightness (the parallelism between the gear side surface and the rotating axis) ≤0.02/3000mm 

• Roundness (addendum circle run-out) ≤0.02mm
