Machine Summary
- As the small and medium-size CNC cylindrical grinding machines with international advanced level, BGK-200H/G and BGDK-200H/G CNC (end face) cylindrical Grinding machine are independently developed and manufactured through the company's import, digestion and absorption of overseas advanced technologies, with the characteristics of compact structure, high rigidity and high precision. Being the productive CNC cylindrical grinding machines of easy-to-operate, reliable performance and high cost performance, these machine tools are suiable for the usage in mass productions.
Features and Performance
- With the rational layout and integral protective cover, the machine tool is convenient for maintenance and in conformity with human engineering requirements.
- With a sleeve type hydraostatic/hydrodynamic main shafting adopted for a grinding wheel spindle, the machine tool features on the high rotaty precision and good rigidity.
- With two-axis linkage feeding, the machine is equipped with worktable(Z-axis) and wheel head(X-axis) driven by AC servomotor and ball screws, the maximum feed speed reaches 10m/min. The guideway of H-shaped wheel head feeding(X-axis) is equipped with preload linear ball screw guideway, thus to realize steady feeding accuracy and reliable correctness of incremental feeding.
- With front fixed diamond dresser, precise CNC control dressing and automatic compensation can be realized.
- The machine tool is provided with an imported or a domestic active measuring device, thus realizing the closed-loop control of grinding process.
- The machine tool adopts an imported advanced CNC system and is provided with all-round controlling functions including grinding program changes, workpiece quality control, machine condition monitoring, fault self-diagnostics, abnormal alarm, and convenient menu type interface input.
