Performance and Features
The series heavy duty cnc deep hole skiving and rolling machine adopts the processing way of the workpiece rotating and the tool feeding, it can also use the way of workpiece fixing and tools rotating and feeding.
The machine can perform skiving and roller-burnishing of inner hole the one-off processing achieves the simple operation and the higher precision.
It has the high processing efficiency and stable performance. The productivity is 5 or 10 times of the traditional deep hole boring machine. The high intelligent level and the easy operation of the digital control make the machine in a stable running when production.
The series heavy duty skiving roller burnishing machine is equipped with Siemens CNC system, the spindle box is driven by AC variable frequency motor with stepless speed regulation.
The spindle uses the high precision bearing spindle which has a high rotary precision.The feeding box uses AC servo motor with stepless speed regulation. The feed system adopts gear-rack transmission, which has the good rigidity and ensures the stable and accuracy feeding of the spindle box.
The bed body uses high quality cast iron and the double rectangle flat guideway keeping the machine with the integrated rigidity. The protection design is also used around the machine.
The special clamping device with hydraulic self-centering keeps the workpiece in a stable status during high speed processing.
The machine is equipped with automatic chips removal device, cooling device and magnetic separator, which ensures the cooling liquid is kept clean in the recyling use.

Spindle box adopts high precision and high quality bearings, to guarantee processing accuracy and stable operation.
Guideway adopts high quality cast iron, the one V-type and flat track ensure the giridity and good guiding.
The Method of Keeping Accuracy of Boring Bar
Clamping Workpiece and Hydraulic Center Rest and Workpiece Supporting Block
- Firstly packed by waterproof cloth and then in wooden case.
- Few parts may need to be taken down and be packed in wooden case.
- According to customer's different require, wo can adopt different packaging.
