Metal plate(sheet) 4 rollers rolling machine

1. This machine is four rollers structure, the upper roller is the main driving roller, providing torque for plate rolling through the mesh between output gears of decelerator and upper roller gears;

2. Bottom roller make up down moving through the press of the piston from the oil of hydraulic tank, to clamp the plate, called hydraulic transmission.

3.  There is one side roller beside each side of the bottom roller, which make the inclinable moving along with the stand guideways, through the drive of  leadscrew, screw nuts, worm and worm gears.

4. The advantage of this machine is can realize plate head pre-bending and plate rolling on the same machine.
