NJT Series of Transfer Torque Wrench For Calibration
Nowadays, all kinds of torque wrenches and spanners are widely used in industries. Also the measuring instrument, i.e. The torque wrench calibration also widely used in the market. However, most of the operators still use the weights lever hanging ways to calibrating the torque wrench calibration, which brings much time and trouble when calibrating.
In 2013, The National Metrology Institute has revised the <National Metrological Verification Regulation of PRC JJG797-1992 Calibration instrument for torque wrench>, the standard torque wrench has been named the high accuracy torque wrench device for calibrating the torque wrench calibration.
Outer Structure and components:
The outer structure please see below Fig. 1. It consists of four parts: torque display instrument, high precision transducer, wrench head and wrench bar. The high precision transducer connects with the wrench head, wrench bar and wrench head connect with an elastic pin structure that being the wrench main structure part, high precision transducer and torque display instrument components the acquisition handling part.
