DNC R Series of Dynamic Torque Tools Calibrating System
DNC R series of dynamic torque tools calibrating system is a multifunctional calibration equipment. Attach with the different dynamic torque transducer, it can test the following tools: power tools, pneumatic torque tools, oilpulse torque tools, all kinds of charging power tools, tightening machine and torque tools. And also can test the torque, angular and revolution, attach with the functions of system management, data analysis and curve drawing.
DNC R series of dynamic torque tools calibrating system can be used in the production line, and can real time testing and calibration.
DNC R series of dynamic torque tools calibrating system is mainly consists of analysis instrument, sensor and bolt simulator, and the range is from 5N.m to 1000N.m. When the sensor is 10%-20% of the full range, the accuracy is +/1%, when the sensor is 20%
100% of the full range, the accuracy is +/-0.5%.
Each sensor has a smart chip in the special use cable, which can easily realize the automatic recognition of the sensor.
Main functions: high precision dynamic torque value data acquisition function can realize the calibration of the Dynamic Torque Tools. LCD touch screen and display can save, search, analysis, real time drawing the data. The system also can management the testing data and print the calibration certificate.
