EQ-SP-15VIM is a vacuum split induction heating / melting system with complete accessories, including SP-15AB Induction Heater, Quartz Tube with Flange & Valve, Graphite Crucible & Refractory Assembling, 4L/m Recirculating Water Chiller, Vacuum Pump, and Mobile Cart. It is an ideal tool for researching new metallic alloys with both melting point < 1900ºC and quantity < 100g.

  • Note: It is recommended to use specific coolant to get the best preformance. It is normal to wait couple of minutes for cooling down after several trials of heating

  • Heater will shut down if over output occurs. Please reduce coil cycle number or sample size to keep heater operating under Max power
