GSL-1100X-SPC-16 Single Target Plasma Sputtering Coater is a CE certified compact plasma sputtering coater. To sputter coating all kinds of metal like Au, Pt, In and Ag. The diameter of the samples can achieve: 50mm, coating thickness can achieve: 300 Aring. Especially suitable for coating SEM samples. Include one vacuum pump and pre-installed gold target. |
Main Feature: |
1. Built in sample sputtering chamber vacuum gauge and sputtering ampere meter, to indicate and monitor instrument condition; 5. According to gas ionization character in the electric field,using the high-capacity sample sputtering chamber and corresponding area sputtering target, to make the coating film more uniform and pure.
