The Wet Pan Mill For Gold Production is a new mill, small investment, high yield, the
production cost is low, good benefits.
Wet grinder gold machine also named wet pan mill, is mainly used for separation of gold, silver, lead, zinc, molybdenum, iron, copper, antimony, tungsten, tin and other minerals selected. With less investment, fast results, small footprint, saving power, sturdiness and durability, ease of maintenance and high return on investment. It is the preferred production for alternative ball mill, is ideal for small and medium enterprises dressing.
We use thicken plate on the water tank and improves gear box. The casting parts is joint by small pieces, even without large lifting device, it can finish parts change, this helps to decrease operation cost.
The Wet Pan Mill For Gold Production is named by the diameter of roller. Φ1300,Φ 1350,
Φ 1400,Φ 1500,Φ 1600 is suitable for selection of iron ore, molybdenum ore ,lead ore ,zinc ore,
antimony ore and so on. Φ 850, Φ 900, Φ 1000,Φ 1100,Φ 1200 is suitable for selection of gold ore.
Mainly used with gold, silver, lead, zinc, iron, molybdenum, copper, antimony mine, mine, all ball mill

The Working Process of Wet Pan Mill For Gold Production :
1.Firstly the motor will transmit the motive power to reduction gears,under the drive of reduction gears that passing through large vertical spindle,then the power cabient transfers to above whippletree.
2.The whippletree pulls the two runner wheels clcokwise rotation,runner wheels are not only revoluting around the large vertical spindle but also could retating by themselves.
3.After adding into ore,the materials are under the extrusion of grinding roller weight to revoluting and rotating with runner wheels,when twisting that coming into being huge friction force with grinding base,after suffering repeated extrusion,rub,grinding that be crushed thoroughly.
4.Under the effection of grinding roller operating,the crushed materials and the water mixed intensively to float on it uniformly,then passing through the overflow discharge gate that setting up on the mill
basin to discharge,after that enter into next operation procedure to process.
5.Coarse mineral was sank on the bottom of grinding base,goning on grinding and crushing, till the
fineness could reach to standard floating on it.
Gold method for grinding machine:
The first step: after the installation and commission of gold grinding machine, then putting 1 kg mercury into the bottom, then the machine begin to work.
The second step: every time collecting one time gold sand, when change , adding 5kg mercury into the bottom in order to collect gold sand and mercury of bottom, the place the mercury into the equipment which for collecting gold, then using a relatively high density of red cloth to wring mercury out, and open the red cloth the rest is gold sand
in the shift join five kilos of mercury charge roller, the bottom of the sands and mercury, the mercury receive into gold equipment, used a relatively high density of red cloth to mercury forced wring it out, and then open the red cloth which left is the golden sand.
Installation of grinding machine:
The first step: building a foundation about 4 m² with concrete, and making it leveling ,then put 4 square timber on the horizon.
The second step: putting gold machine rack on the timbers, the water lifting on gold grinding machine, fixed them with screw stabilization.
The third step: putting sand with 4cm thickess into the basin, making sand leveling. Then place the Nianpan (also called roller bottom runway) above the sand in the tub. Nianpan must be placed in the central of basin, which prevents the roller to deviate the track.
The fourth step: the usage and blue in the middle of the two roller core is arranged in the grinding roller disc fixed, and then 2.5 cm thick wood (top to oblique) the core ring and a grinding roll in the middle of infill, prevent grind roll in running away. Then the two installed grinding roller lifting in the roller, the bottom of the groove, the short straight bar sleeve in rolled gold machine of the intermediate shaft, and a grinding roller of the roller core connection, and then the long pull bar sleeve into the top of shaft and hook hanging pull bar at both ends of the hole and below and the roller core connection can be. Convenient
and quick.
The use and maintenance ways of wet pan mill:
1, after the machine works normally, starting feeding.
2, this machine is prohibited to work with material, if the machine stop , you must first clean the residual ore in the middle of mill groove and start again.
3, feeding should be uniform, not suddenly more and less, it is best to use the feeding machine.
4, bearing parts often needs to add butter, reducer must be constantly check whether the loss of gear oil.
5, often check the screws are loose or not
6, If you found that the bearing damage, must replace it in time, so as to avoid damage to other parts of shaft eccentricity
7when gold grinding machine operate, people should note that reducer or bearing parts have abnormal sound, the temperature is too high, the motor current is too large, if the above phenomenon, people should immediately stop out.
8, when overhaul the machine, ensure the safety, people must remove the motor belt.
