The bucket elevator is used for vertically elevating block and granular materials of limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, clay, as well as powder materials of raw material, cement, coal powder and other materials in quarry plant, beneficiation plant, drying plant or cement production line.

 BUCKET ELEVATOR  TYPES:

Our bucket elevator can be divided into three types: centrifugal discharge,  gravity discharge and mixed discharge according to different running speed of the hopper. Centrifugal discharge runs fast, which is suitable to convey powder, granular and small block materials; Gravity discharge bucket elevator is applicable into conveying the block materials with heavy weight, such as clinker, limestone and etc.

 So our engineers can choose the right type for our customers according to the material.

And the traction components have three types: ring chain, plate chain, belt which can satisfy different needs of our customers.

 BUCKET ELEVATOR  FEATURES:

Our bucket elevator has the features of smaller overall dimension, and wide elevating scope, including powder, granular and block materials, higher elevating height,lower driving motor, without environmental pollution and long lifetime,and etc.

 BUCKET ELEVATOR  WORKING PRINCIPLES:

The hopper dip the materials from the bin at the buttom, and lift them to the top with the rotation of belt or chain, turn down after bypassing the wheel at the top and throw down the materials into the receiving tank. And the bucket elevator usually has enclosure, which can prevent the dust flying in a mess in the bucket elevator .
