2,Electric system and hydraulic system works together with the machine. Changing the vibration form, it can realize 

lower frequency in feeding material and high frequency vibration. So the product with one height in a pallet .

 

QT8-15 concrete brick making machine is the new product that designed and developed by our company, it adopts 

platform vibration system and mould system. enforced feeding material, soil driver, and full-computer control

work theory.According to different request and different raw material of the clients, QT8-15 concrete brick making 

machine can  form all kinds of simple block production line (self-provided pallet ,zl40 mechanical loader, forklift) 

respectively with  SN100 cement silo ,pl1200 batching machine,JS500double-horizontalshafts forced type concrete 

mixer,8meters belt conveyor, pallet conveyor, blocks receiver ,QT8-15 pallet feeder,6 to 8 persons can conduct  

multitudinous  production.
