How does it work ?

As the inner periphery of each movable disc is touched with the outer periphery of the screw blade that let the discs rotate, the movable discs always move, and this cleans the clearance that filtrate passes through. Therefore, it prevents the clearances from plugging up and shows stable treatment capacity. Dehydration Process |
The sludge, which is conveyed by the screw, is compressed consecutively since the screw pitch is narrowed toward the advanced direction. The sludge is then discharged after being compressed further by dam plate that is installed at the end of the cage. |
Condensation Process As for the condensation sludge that flowed into the dehydrator, its most of the water is discharged outside of the machine by gravity filtration through the clearances (the gap between fixed disc and movable disc) of the multiplex structure cage. |

Easy to Install + Energy Saving
As cooperation with Japan Tsurumi Manufacturing Company is the unit that carries related equipment and the control panel compactly, it is easy to install. It is also energy saving because of its low output.
Processing of the oil-containing sludge is possible.
As the structure is such that it is hard to be plugged up in the screen, it is suitable for processing oil-contained sludge such as dissolved-air flotation froth.
Processing of low concentration sludge is possible.
Since it is the structure of having both condensation and dehydration section, it is possible to process low condensation sludge (about 0.3%), which was difficult by the conventional dehydrators.
Continuous automatic operation is possible
Automatic operation can be done by one-touch operation.
Amount of washing water can be minimum.
Wash-water is necessary only for the cleaning of sludge that seeps out of the bowl. The volume of water consumed is the minimum.
Minimum secondary pollution + minimum maintenance
Since dehydrator itself is operated at low-speed rotation, there will be almost no fear for the noise pollution. At the same time, it is almost no need to carry out daily maintenance work because it operates automatically.
