Main Features

1) Blade: 3 types of material for choose: stainless steel/aluminium/galvanized sheet. Adopting a punch forming technology.
2) Frame: adopting advanced automatic manufacturing process, made of thick galvanized sheet.
3) Shutter: made of hot galvanized sheet with thickness 1.0 and 1.2mm, to increase the quality and the stability while working.
4) Fan belt pulley and flange: made of high aluminum-magnesuim alloy by die-casting. Light weight, low vibration. Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability.
5) Centrifugal system: adopting high-class nylon mixed with amount of fiber glass. All parts are connected by rivets. This system will be assure to open the shutter with 90 degree when the fan working.

The fasteners fixed on both ends of blade support are changed from traditional iron plates to aluminum magnesium alloy base, traditional welding connection to plug-in connection which has greatly reduced friction coefficient,fixed more firmly,avoided rust and improved the appearance.

Frame is made by excellent hot galvanized sheet.Which has a longer lifespan and strong anti-oxidation.Frame can be made of 304 or 430 stainless steel.
