Vibration Grizzly Feeder series are widely used in mining, metallurgy, construction, light industry, electricity, food and other industries. It can transport the material with the shape like cubic and granularity into the receiving device continuously and timely with the stable speed in the production line.
The feeding trough of the synchronization inertia vibration feeder is flexible connected to the motor. The motor does not participate in the vibration. The synchronization inertia vibration feeder has reliable operation on low accident rate. It is adjustable for the feeder amplitude and tank tilt angle. There are many installations for feeder, such as support type, hanging type, and with both style . The trough can be configured to a variety of liner.
The feeder uses two same motors and two same exciters as the excitation source . Exciter is a special device with eccentric. It is vibration actuator equipment to generate centrifugal force by driving exciter rotating eccentric, which is powered by motor rotation. According to the planar body vibration machine synchronization elemental theory, when the two exciters do the reverse synchronizing operation with the same angular velocity, the inertia force of the shaker is placed in the center direction between the two component. They are equal and opposite. They cancel each other out. And the forces on vertical of the centre connection are superimposed . On the inertia force , feeding trough does resonance vibrate along the reasonably direction. The feeding ability of Synchronization inertial vibration feeder is 260 ~ 2500t / h.
