1 Material trough

It is material conveying and feeding part, and integrated framework, riveted by lock rivet. The lining of trough: feeding section is blind plate (incline angle is 0～5°) and outlet section is sticks (incline angle is 15～20°).

2 Vibrating exciter

Vibrating exciter is key part of vibrating feeder, use new type vibration motor as exciter, stable performance reliable, easy adjustment.

3 Spring support

It is seated mounted, use steel spring as damper spring, operation reliable and long service long.

4. The chain has heavy load, high strength and high impact resistance because of heat treatment; chain plate joint sleeve use alloy steel carburizing with high abrasion resistance;
