It's a digital ultrasonic thickness gauge w/ highly accurate reading results. Based on same operating principles as SONAR, the instrument is capable of measuring thickness of various materials w/ accuracy as high as 0.1mm.

 

2-Point calibration function (Probe-Zero & Sound-Velocity) allows greater accuracy over small ranges by calculating the probe zero & velocity.

 

Suitable for measuring  wide range of materials including metals, plastic, ceramics,composites, epoxies, glass & other ultrasonic wave well-conductivematerials. 

 

Applicable for different types of transducer models for special application, including coarsegrain material & high temperature applications (NOTE: 1 transducer is included in the set).
