Uses and Features
Our factory production of this series fan, with smooth streamlined surfaces, rigid particularly good, the wind impeller member sturdy grille smooth, elegant appearance and tone.
This series of products are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, civil construction wall exhaust, post air, ventilation pipe. Also used in chemical industry, light industry, medicine, metallurgy, power plants, transportation and warehousing workplace ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Application
SFG Axial Fan is used as a general ventilator for factories, warehouses, offices and other buildings. Removed of the case, it can be used as a free fan. They can aso be installed in tandem to increase the pressure in the extract duct. The midium should be non-corrosive and without obvious dust. The temperature is below 60°C.
Installing testing and operation
The following points should be paid attention to durning the process of installation:
(1) Smear some graese or machine oil on some junction surfaces in order to prevent rusting, and reduce the
difficulties when moved.
(2) When fixing the scew bolts on the junction surfaces,if there are Positioning pins,fix the Positioning pins first
then the screw blots.
(3) Check the inside of the chasssis and other cases to make sure that no tools and other substances are left in it .
