The major equipment of the machine are three parts include: Pulp Making System, Molding System,

1. Pulping system
Pulper,2M3,22kw; vibration screen, 0.9,3kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
2. Forming system
Consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transfering platen. Platen size: 1450 x 450mm. 4pcs of 30cell egg
tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen There are 32pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transfering
molds in total. Forming efficiency:13to15cycles/min;equipped with vacuum auto drain system, preheating system,
auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet..
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:14000x2130x3700mm;6 layers conveying chain;heated concentratedly;one burner with
international famous brand;The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equipped with auto control cabinet.
4.Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.
