Product Name: Chicken manure/dung solid liquid separator
Description:
Chicken manure solid liquid separator is widely used in the separating and dehydration of the livestock's dung (chicken du ng manure,duck feces,pig manure,cool dung and so on)
The equipment is composed of stainless steel mesh, screw packing anger, screw blade, which are all made of high quality 304 stainless steel through special workmanship, having noncorrosive, wearproof and other advantages.
Presently our main product screw and squeeze continuous working solid-liquid separator uses filter screen (0.5mm,0.75mm,1.0mm) to filter.

Working Principle :
The machine uses the assorted non-clogging submerged pump to pull the fowl manure water into dewater equipment , then taking packing auger to push the chicken dung water to the front part of the machine gradually, meanwhile enhance the pressure of it, forcing the water being squeezed out of the mesh under the effect of the pressing and filtering, flowing out of drain-.pipe.
