1.Product Description
1).Application: suitable for all kinds of normal temperature, pre heating or thermal insulation liquid materials, can ensure the continuous and unifrom feeding of materials.
2).Features: Liquid loss weight feeding machine is easy to operate, high degree of intelligence,form diversification, according to the liquid material to choose different pump, material of pump body, easy to be disassembled, maintenance, charging during any time, accuracy control plus or minus 1% accuracy, reducing the less labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
Electric heating or hot oil circulation or water heating system can be used, if the liquid needs heating. Using electric heating, with temperature controller to regulate the temperature. Electric heating need external package thermal insulation layer. All connection pipes need to be heated and thermal insulated. If use hot oil or water heating, liquid tank will be double insulated, and filled with heated oil or heating water in the middle.
